Investing in a one-storey bungalow house in a family-friendly residential area; the owners have challenged our sister company Bourne Management and Building to help convert it into a two-storey house. The small bungalow located in Cobham is  a one-storey, three-bedroom home. Our client had come in with a design challenge to Bourne Architects for the interior design of the home since our sister company was dealing with the construction. The was a lovely little bungalow, which we used to provide a bright elegant and modern-looking design surrounding the home. Using the high ceiling as a big advantage, we extenuated the exposed timber beams but simplified with white clean walls and soft coloured furnishing.
