Architects / Part 2 Architectural Assistants (Full-Time, London-Based)

📍 Start date: June 2025 onwards

Bourne Architects is looking for newly qualified Architects and experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistants to join our growing team in London.

We’re particularly interested in individuals who are:

• Talented, positive, and resilient

• Confident working independently and collaboratively

• Adaptable, proactive, and quick to learn

• Passionate about design

• Comfortable taking initiative and making intuitive decisions

• Skilled in communicating clearly and concisely (written and spoken English)

Essential:

• Part 2s must have at least two years’ UK practice experience

• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes

• Experience on small to medium-sized projects

• Construction/site experience is a strong advantage

• Proficiency in Revit and the Adobe Design Suite (Lumion desirable, not essential)

Additional Info:

• Candidates must be based in London (final interviews will be in-person)

• Must have a valid UK visa or work permit (minimum 2 years remaining)

• Salary will be based on experience (contractor basis)

• Full-time position, working from our studio in Angel
