Nestled in a family-friendly residential area, this charming Cobham bungalow was originally a single-storey, three-bedroom home. Our client approached Bourne Architects with a design challenge: to create an elegant and contemporary interior while our sister company, Bourne Management & Building, managed the construction of a second storey.

Embracing the existing high ceilings, we highlighted the exposed timber beams while maintaining a refined aesthetic with crisp white walls and soft-toned furnishings. The result is a light-filled, sophisticated transformation that balances warmth, modernity, and functionality in a reimagined family home.
